Since each person's stutter is unique, the approach we take is unique for each person. We meet online once per week to work on your specific challenges, focusing on three basic elements:

1. Develop good speaking mechanics. Not techniques, just to speak as good speakers speak.

2. Address the psychological aspects, mainly focusing on elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

3. Face  speaking situations of increasing difficulty in very small steps, similar to Exposure Therapy.
